The Devil is in the details or you could hide a Battle Ship in the fine print.  How ever you say it….  Those “Agree” buttons are not in any way for your protection.  In most cases they spell out how badly you can be Ummm ‘Bent Over’ by those who’s products you choose to use.  Most people don’t read them.  Probably fewer care.  So when someone complains that Apple Stole their music, Yes they did, but they told you they might right in the License Terms.  Still, That’s some shaky ground Apple.  More warning before deleting ANY originals.  Copying is one thing, deleting another.  Read More below.
