General Technician
Applicant should have experience in the following:
Microsoft;
- Workstation OS: XP, Vista, Windows 7
- Windows Server NOS: 2000, 2003, 2008
- Active Directory,
- Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010
- SQL 2005, 2008
Networking Technologies:
- TCP/IP v4
- Use of diagnostic tools
- Router/Firewall; SonicWall, Cisco, Generic
- Cabling (CAT5 / CAT3)
Apple Hardware and Software
Applicants must have strong customer service skills and be detail and people oriented. Be analytical with the ability to configure and troubleshoot hardware and software. Must have phone and reliable transportation.
