You’ve heard of HealthyNY?  Well this is “ShadyNY”…  An administration that says it will be “the most transparent and accountable in history” is keeping part of that promise.  Deletion of government employee’s e-mail every 90 days only serves to remove potential evidence. So, it is transparent that they don’t want to leave any kind of potentially embarrassing e-mails out for anyone to find.  Just wait 90 days and it’s gone.   The general limits on Office 365 are 50GB per mailbox!  For a small extra fee there is an Unlimited option.  We like and sell Office 365.  General users would have years of storage (not months) without ever nearing this limit. So why do it then?  What information does the NYS government want to keep from FOIL requests, the public and future scrutiny?  You may never know…  But read the full article at the link below.
