More leaches out there.   A company called Personal Audio claims ownership of a patent that covers “Apparatus for disseminating a series of episodes represented by media files via the Internet as said episodes become available…” Isn’t that just about everything?  I remember one equally vague patent that claimed to be for ALL ecommerce.  This seems to be a trend of law firms buying up small companies with a patent they can try to extort money with.  Read more on EFF.org below.
