US court SHUTS DOWN scammers posing as Microsoft, Facebook support staff • The Register.   I’ve dealt with this kind of scam many times.  I even wrote about it here.  Always beware of people calling you or unknown software.  When in doubt, Call us!  Don’t take the chance.
